Engagement Specialist (Per Diem) - Remote

Specializing in behavioral challenges such as gambling and gaming addiction via telehealth and AI tools, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team on a per diem basis.

In Short

• Serve as a key first point of contact providing critical client support during initial calls.
• Conduct brief assessments and identify client needs.
• Offer resource-based support and crisis intervention.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance.
• Maintain documentation using CRM and EMR platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams for effective care delivery.
• Be available for 24/7 on-call rotation as needed.
• Provide coverage for overnight shifts and flexible hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in mental health or crisis intervention (acceptable if relevant).
• 1+ years’ experience in client support or healthcare (preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM/EMR).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Availability for flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
