Manager, Merchant Success Operations - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Success Operations will be part of ShipBob’s Supply Chain Innovation team responsible for understanding the unique strategic needs of each of our B2B merchants and delivering massive value to help facilitate their growth and success.

• Directly manage a team of Success Operations Associates.
• Drive merchant growth, retention, and satisfaction.
• Coach the team to create exceptional experiences.
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team.
• Manage escalations and coach team members.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Innovation and Merchant Success teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of ShipBob’s products and industry.
• Build strong relationships with Merchant Experience teams.
• Identify daily task requirements to improve efficiency.
• Additional duties as necessary.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in operations/customer success roles.
• 3 years in People Management.
• Knowledge of communication best practices.
• Familiarity with inventory and order management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite.
• Understanding of business goals and customer service standards.
