Overview

As a Strategic Account Manager, you are the central contact for your customers. You learn their challenges, understand how they use our products, and find ways to create real value. You not only guide them through contract renewals but also develop opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, always with the aim of making their work more successful.

In Short

• Manage a portfolio of 60–100 Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
• Responsible for contract renewals, including proposal creation and price negotiations.
• Identify cross- and upselling potentials with Customer Success Manager.
• Document developments in Salesforce and develop reliable forecasts.
• 3-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
• Experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients and complex decision-making processes.
• Value-Based Selling mindset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Curious and open to learning.
• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level).
