IT Support Lead - Remote

Overview

As an IT Support Lead at Shift Markets, you will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day IT support and managing internal systems for our globally distributed team.

In Short

• Provide day-to-day IT support across the organization (hardware, software, networks, systems)
• Monitor and maintain internal systems such as the VPN
• Administer and manage internal system tools, including LastPass and Google Workspace
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes
• Troubleshoot account access and device issues
• Maintain IT documentation and assist with asset tracking
• Support SOC2 evidencing and security protocols
• Participate in IT-related projects

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and tech-savvy
• Experience with IT support
• Knowledge of system administration
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Experience with VPNs and endpoint security
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and LastPass
• Understanding of SOC2 compliance
