Shearer's is seeking a strategic and collaborative Talent Management Specialist to support the design, implementation, and execution of talent programs that drive employee development, engagement, and performance.

• Assist in the administration of performance management processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in talent management or HR.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or HR.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and talent platforms preferred.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data.
