• Expected travel commitment of up to 50%.
• Starting salary between $60,000 and $70,000.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and assess integration needs.
• Lead software installation, integration, and configuration.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients.
• Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Familiarity with credit union operations or financial institution experience.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of .CSV, Linux, and/or Bash scripts preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing role preferred.
