In Short

• Lead the Product Management function and team.
• Define and implement a Product Development Lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a multi-year product strategy and roadmap.
• Partner closely with Engineering for execution support.
• Modernize legacy systems and introduce new SaaS capabilities.
• Engage with customers for feedback and validation.
• Develop product talent and foster a culture of collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Drive clarity and delivery excellence in product development.
• Bring transparency to prioritization and timelines.

Requirements

• Experience leading product in a software company.
• Success in building or maturing product practices.
• Ability to define and operationalize a Product Development Lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with engineering collaboration.
• Experience modernizing products or platforms.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Engagement with customers for need validation.
• Track record of developing product managers.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or engineering; MBA preferred.
