Overview

As a Passport Customer Care Specialist, you will work closely with your team members to ensure white-glove service for our versatile fintech product, providing excellent customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Work directly with customers to answer questions and resolve problems.
• Utilize email and phone calls to provide white-glove service in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to Customer Success operations, procedures, and systems.
• Identify improvement opportunities and relay customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the Passport Team Lead and other Customer Care Associates.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a customer service or operations role preferred.
• Experience in Fintech or quickly advancing technical fields preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
