In Short

  • Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations covering Veeva/Salesforce integration.
  • Adapt and maintain demo environments for specific scenarios.
  • Present complex technical concepts to business and IT stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain demo environments and documentation.
  • Create reusable technical collateral to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Train Sales and Customer Support colleagues on technical positioning.
  • Run daily remote demonstration sessions with clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' content production workflows.
  • Engage with clients to build strong partnerships.
  • Support complex B2B sales cycles with structured technical demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a pre-sales or technical consulting role.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault and/or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with pharma content production workflows.
  • Understanding of AI-assisted content creation tooling.
  • Experience with SaaS platform architecture and APIs.
  • Strong written communication skills for technical documentation.
  • Confidence in presenting live in remote and on-site settings.
  • Self-directed and structured in managing multiple deals.
  • Curious about pharma content trends and competitor positioning.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a benefit.
