Overview

The Operations Training Partner leads the training and coaching of company standards and training programs through partnerships with field operations to enhance retention and productivity.

• Lead training and coaching for Team Members and Managers.
• Oversee onboarding and training processes.
• Facilitate New Shack Opening training.
• Develop Trainers for operational growth.
• Partner with Area Directors for action planning.
• Document Shack visits and provide feedback.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or related experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• 1-3 years of training facilitation in hospitality.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong knowledge of company standards.
• Ability to lead a field-based team.
• Passion for people development.
• Skills in providing feedback to leadership.
• Experience in multi-unit operations.
• Strong communication skills.
