The Senior Workday Payroll Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our Workday Payroll System, providing leadership and technical support.

• Lead technical support for Workday U.S. Payroll.
• Configure and maintain Workday U.S. Payroll and Time Tracking modules.
• Test and implement Workday U.S. Payroll updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements.
• Organize and lead stakeholder meetings.
• Write and maintain documentation of processes.
• Provide support for SOX configurable controls.
• Communicate effectively with end-users and vendors.
• Analyze and troubleshoot payroll system issues.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Workday Payroll configuration experience.
• Technical experience in system implementations.
• Functional Payroll experience preferred.
• Deep understanding of payroll operations.
• Workday Payroll Certification or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Experience with earnings and deduction calculations.
• Knowledge of US payroll regulations.
