In Short

• Own outbound + early-stage inbound engagement
• Build ICP lists and personalize at scale using AI
• Execute multi-touch sequences for outreach
• Qualify and hand off Sales-Accepted Leads (SALs)
• Partner with Marketing, Automations, Product, and CX
• Maintain CRM hygiene and log activities
• Feed insights back to improve marketing and product
• Honor compliance and maintain audit trails

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 2–4+ years of experience in sales development or lead generation
• Proven success in qualifying leads and booking meetings
• Proficiency with AI-powered personalization tools
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems
• Skilled in multi-channel outreach
• Familiarity with qualification frameworks
• Data-driven mindset to track KPIs
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter and resilient in fast-paced environments

Benefits

• Base Salary: USD $700 – $1,200 per month
• Performance Incentives: USD $300 – $1,000 per month
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD $1,000 – $2,200 per month
