Technical Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a strategic and tech-savvy Business Analyst who can work with diverse stakeholders to shape product direction, define requirements, and ensure our solutions meet business and user needs.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and workflows
• Analyze current systems, data, and business processes to recommend enhancements or new solutions
• Work with developers, product managers, and owners to scope features and define acceptance criteria
• Assist in developing prototypes, mockups, and wireframes as needed
• Support project managers in tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct gap analysis between business needs and technical solutions
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure product quality aligns with requirements
• Stay updated on the latest tools in no-code/low-code, SaaS platforms, and emerging tech trends
• Adopt the perspective of the end user, frontend developer, and backend developer

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of product management principles
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and AI technologies
• Ability to develop prototypes, mockups, and wireframes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms and emerging tech trends
