Join our team as a Project Manager for Public Procurement (m/f/d) working 99% remotely, based in Altenholz.

• Project initialization: Analyze the situation, define goals, stakeholder analysis, project and resource planning.
• Procurement strategy: Develop a procurement strategy, select suitable procedures, timeline and action planning, award criteria.
• Document preparation: Create performance descriptions, suitability and award criteria, contract documents, and coordination with departments.
• Procurement process: Publication, bidder communication, proposal examination and evaluation, process documentation.
• Award & contract management: Prepare award decisions, contract negotiations, ensure legal compliance, documentation.
• Project controlling & risk management: Monitor time, costs, quality; risk analysis and management, regular reporting.
• Project closure: Evaluate the procurement process, identify optimization potential, final report, document handover.
• Project goal: Replace a Cisco video conferencing system through the establishment and execution of a procurement.

Requirements

• Knowledge of procurement law and relevant standards (e.g., GWB, VgV, UVgO, VOB/A).
• Experience in conducting procurement processes in public sectors.
• Competence in contract and risk management.
• Ability for structured documentation.
• Proficient use of digital procurement platforms and project management tools.
• Competence in online video communication products (at least Cisco).
• German language skills in spoken and written form.
