DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) MongoDB and Kubernetes - Remote

Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the architecture and development of on-demand Kubernetes environments, automation processes, and software development using Go and Python. This role offers flexibility to work remotely or from Hamburg.

In Short

• Design and implement on-demand Kubernetes environments using Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop and optimize automation processes for infrastructure provisioning.
• Implement features in Go/Golang and Python, including creating Ansible Playbooks.
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters.
• Evaluate new technologies and integrate them into existing systems.
• Train and support users in using Kubernetes services.
• Participate in agile workshops and planning meetings with the DevOps team.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1).
• Minimum 5 years of residence in Germany.

Requirements

• Expertise in MongoDB architecture, setup, and management.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and networking configurations.
• Proficient in CI/CD practices and tools like GitLab and Ansible.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes Operators.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong understanding of security configurations and secret management.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1).
• Must be a German citizen or EU resident.
