Overview

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will maintain the internal quality management system for medical devices, manage daily QA tasks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Maintenance of the NB 1639 medical device internal quality management system.
• Management of daily QA tasks including document updates and database management.
• Collaboration on generic scheme documents and publishing on the SGS website.
• Management of complaints and compliance queries.
• Perform quality assurance checks on updated documents.
• Build relationships with Global Medical Device Team members.
• Provide technical support across the business.
• Adapt to priorities set by the global medical device quality manager.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Significant work experience in a QA role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences or similar field.
• Good working knowledge of quality management systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and write clear procedures.
• Knowledge of global medical device regulations.
• Experience with medical devices and auditing is a plus.
