Program Manager & Lead Verifier, Greenhouse Gas - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager & Lead Verifier, Greenhouse Gas will pursue and maintain technical qualifications for ISO 14064-1 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) and GHG Protocol organizational footprint family of standards as part of maintaining SGS’ larger ANAB accreditation to ISO 14065 and applicable standards.

In Short

• Identify, schedule, manage, and support auditors for GHG verification and validation audits.
• Participate in annual ANAB witness audits.
• Review and approve client questionnaires and proposals.
• Assist auditors and finance with client issues.
• Develop and deliver GHG training for internal and external resources.
• Grow ISO 14064-1 and GHG Protocol market share in the USA and Canada.
• Support marketing and sales staff with webinars and trade shows.
• Deliver advisory services around climate scores and carbon neutrality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, environmental, engineering, or relevant discipline.
• 5 years of experience with GHG standards.
• Earned GHG Lead Auditor certificate.
• Familiarity with climate disclosure standards.
• Valid US passport or visa and driver’s license.
