Overview

The Channel Team is seeking a Lead Program Manager to oversee the successful delivery of standardized initiatives and processes within the Channel field team. You will report to the Senior Manager of Channel Management, where you will bring a blend of strategic foresight and operational excellence to manage ongoing projects critical to the team's success. You will ensure consistent delivery of value by maintaining efficient processes, clear documentation, and collaboration across a diverse set of internal stakeholders.

In Short

  • Serve as the end-to-end owner for field programs, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Support and refine processes, templates, and tools for consistent and scalable execution of ongoing work.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Operations) to ensure smooth execution of ongoing processes and resolution of project-related challenges.
  • Create and maintain prioritized project schedules, addressing emerging needs, risks, and opportunities while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for field programs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement by integrating feedback, data, and insights into decision-making processes and project execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience working with technology companies, managing customer/partner relationships, and/or building and launching programs and solutions for B2B customers.
  • 5+ years experience in program management with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 3+ years experience leading cross-functional teams in successful project execution and/or operational rigor.
  • Process-oriented with a passion for streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency.
  • Agile and adaptable, thriving in environments with competing priorities and rapid changes.
  • Collaborative and proactive, fostering strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing senior leadership and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to implement structure (processes, frameworks) into daily work with little direction in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Experience with Jira a plus.
