Professional Billing Intern - Remote

In Short

• Verify compliance with tax regulations and specific client requirements in invoices and receipts.
• Ensure all required documentation, such as XML or any other requested format, is included.
• Send electronic receipts to clients promptly via email, document exchange platforms, or physical means as necessary.
• Ensure receipts are sent in the agreed format and with the details agreed upon with the client.
• Provide support in the preparation and processing of billing statements for various clients and projects.

Requirements

• Graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
• Availability to complete 1 year of professional internship (desirable).
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
