Overview

The Lead Certification Auditor is responsible for performing third-party audits according to SGS Certification procedures and applicable standards, with a focus on Quality and Sustainability within the Pharma, Cosmetics, and Personal Care industries.

• Conduct integrated audits as a Lead Auditor in various standards.
• Perform supplier qualifications for Quality and Sustainability.
• Provide recommendations for certification based on audit findings.
• Manage and oversee audit teams during audits.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Technical Accreditation teams.
• Assist in training other Auditors.
• Maintain audit-related credentials.
• Travel up to 80% of the time for audits.
• Work remotely while adhering to internal standards.
• Supervise other Auditors indirectly during audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science or bio-science preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the Pharma, Cosmetics, or Personal Care industry.
• Minimum 5 years of auditing experience with ISO lead auditor qualification.
• Experience in quality assurance and safety management systems.
• Experience in delivering training is preferred.
