Project Manager for Customer Integration / Onboarding - Remote

Overview

As part of our Client Integrations Team in Berlin, our project managers drive the technical and operational system integration for B2B new and existing customers. With precision and expertise, we ensure seamless onboarding and enable smooth communication between the WMS and our delivery management platform.

In Short

• Overall responsibility for implementing integration projects from planning to successful go-live.
• Main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
• Aligning business requirements with technical possibilities.
• Setting up and configuring internal systems and API interfaces for data exchange (no programming required).
• Supporting customers in setting up their systems, e.g., by testing interfaces and data flows.
• Optimizing shipping processes to ensure packages are shipped smoothly from the customer's warehouse.

Requirements

• A completed degree or comparable training.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in (technical) integration projects.
• Experience in (parcel) logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, SaaS, or related fields.
• Knowledge and experience in understanding and analyzing log files, XML, JSON, API, EDI, etc.
• Fluent in German and English.
