Requirements

  • One year of experience in healthcare customer service with a bachelor’s degree.
  • Three years of experience in healthcare customer service with a high school diploma.
  • High volume call center experience preferred.
  • Crisis counseling experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • General computer knowledge required.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
