The Access Coordinator is responsible for providing high-level customer service and support for individuals utilizing SCS Access, ensuring client eligibility, and managing information efficiently.

• High volume call center experience preferred.
• Crisis counseling experience preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• General computer knowledge required.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
