As our Sales Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the sales process, bridging the gap between technical possibilities and business outcomes.

In Short

  • Support the sales process by understanding customer workflows and pain points.
  • Conduct customer process mapping to identify inefficiencies.
  • Build and deliver customized product demonstrations.
  • Support Account Executives in defining ROI for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create custom demos and QA solutions.
  • Document feature requests and new opportunities from the field.
  • Create sales enablement materials and lead training sessions.
  • Provide implementation support and educate customers on best practices.
  • Work effectively across sales, product, engineering, and implementation teams.
  • 5+ years in a Sales Engineering or Solutions Consultant role in a SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales engineering for modern HRIS, payroll, or enterprise software.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to analyze customer challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern HRIS systems like PayCom, Paylocity, ADP, or UKG.
  • Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
