Technical Writer Intern - Summer 2026 - Remote

In Short

• Creating product documentation for end users and system administrators
• Learning to author in various environments, primarily DITA/XML
• Researching, writing, and ensuring the accuracy of content
• Working closely with multiple development teams in an Agile environment
• Conducting peer reviews of documentation
• Collaborating with other information developers for various deliverables
• Participating in executive speaker series and career development workshops
• Engaging in philanthropic efforts and team-building activities
• Accessing online learning resources and a dedicated Summer Coach
• Embracing diversity within the Experience Team

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields
• Able to work full time for 12 weeks during the summer
• Ability to provide a solid writing sample
• Experience in markup languages such as DITA, HTML, XML, or SGML
• Ability to learn technical products quickly
• Strong writing skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Collaborative interaction with diverse peers
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes is a plus
