Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HR technology with Workday.
• BE/M Tech degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Strong knowledge of business process redesign principles.
• Advanced technical knowledge of Workday: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence and lead within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
