Sr. Business Process Consultant – ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management/Enterprise Architecture - Remote

Overview

As a Sr. Business Process Consultant, you will be the functional and process expert on customer engagements, helping customers translate business requirements into configuration requirements using ServiceNow’s Strategic Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture solutions.

In Short

• Serve as the process expert for Enterprise Architecture workflows.
• Drive EA and CSDM process definition and improvement.
• Lead customer design workshops centered on ServiceNow EA functionality.
• Guide customer process owners in gathering requirements.
• Support documentation for functional solution design.
• Translate business needs into user stories and testing strategies.
• Advocate for customer needs throughout the engagement.
• Partner with technical resources for solution testing.
• Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Support pre-sales activities as needed.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into workflows.
• Active U.S. TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years of consulting experience with complex organizations.
• 7+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture tools.
• Familiarity with EA frameworks like TOGAF.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSDM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven team player and collaborator.
