Overview

The Senior UX Researcher will represent customer needs throughout the product and design lifecycle, applying appropriate research techniques to enhance user experiences across a portfolio of products.

• 5+ years of experience in customer-centered research.
• Strong presentation skills for technical topics.
• Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly.
• Knowledge of usability evaluation techniques.
• Experience with online surveys and qualitative research.
