Overview

The Senior Technical Consultant, Expert Services is responsible for consulting with customers and configuring ServiceNow Platform products to drive business outcomes.

In Short

• Creation and delivery of platform solutions based on technical architecture and design.
• Support engagement efforts related to process definition and improvement.
• Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow Platform capabilities.
• Lead design workshops across multiple ServiceNow products.
• Guide customers in documentation and user story drafting.
• Provide oversight and training for future system administrators.
• Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Develop integration components with multiple systems.
• Prepare customer-facing deliverables focused on technology.
• Promote continuous improvement practices.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.
• 3 years of experience working in US federal agencies with ServiceNow GCC.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• ServiceNow security experience including Vault and Data Privacy.
• 5 years of hands-on configuration/development experience.
• Ability to influence and consult in complex environments.
• Experience with Web Technologies and SaaS technologies.
• Knowledge of database design and management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) preferred.
