ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff AI Experience Product Manager to guide the development of intelligent, AI-driven experiences, including personalized conversational AI and enterprise search solutions, that optimize and orchestrate workflows.

Requirements

• 12+ years overall experience, 8+ years in product management.
• Experience in AI, Machine Learning, Conversational AI, or Enterprise Search.
• Ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
• Experience designing conversational AI solutions.
• Proven ability to design enterprise search solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with analytics tools.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML and conversational AI technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset for complex challenges.
