Overview

ServiceNow is seeking a driven Pre-Sales Security Solution Consultant who will provide leadership and expertise to support customers during the sales engagement, partnering with sales and solution consulting teams to achieve customer success.

In Short

  • Responsible for creating innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow Security Operations.
  • Review customer’s security architecture and design processes.
  • Respond to customer questions relating to ServiceNow Security Operations.
  • Provide strategies and advice to enhance real-world Security Operations.
  • Develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on Security Operations.
  • Help develop solutions that enable other Solution Consultants.
  • Configure solution environments to address customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams.
  • Stay current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators.
  • Support marketing events such as user conferences and webinars.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging AI in work processes.
  • Strong pre-sales experience.
  • Understanding of the sales process.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Work experience in Security Operations Center or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Networking and Security technologies.
  • Knowledge of various attack vectors and intrusion methodologies.
  • Experience in security frameworks such as NIST and ISO.
  • Experience with threat intelligence frameworks.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP or CEH are desirable.
