Overview

This role involves supporting US Federal customers by ensuring the production reliability and scalability of database applications and infrastructure services.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with database performance tuning for Postgres/MySQL/MariaDB.
• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Knowledge of Linux and database profiling tools.
• Experience with SaaS and PaaS cloud infrastructures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to work on complex systems under real-world loads.
• Experience with concurrency and distributed architectures.
• RHEL certification is preferred.
• Experience in leading teams is a plus.
