Senior Financial Analyst, Customer Excellence Group - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst, Customer Excellence Group is an integral role closely involved in providing strategic and financial insights to the Customer Org finance team by analyzing the P&L, topline, Spend and margin trends.

In Short

• Build presentation materials and drive strategic analysis that supports recurring and ad-hoc projects.
• Contribute to the financial planning process including annual and long-term strategic planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting requirements and submissions.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Perform headcount analysis and demand/supply analysis of billable capacity.
• Conduct direct cost analysis at cost center/business unit level.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging AI in work processes.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or related field.
• Proficient in complex modeling and data analysis.
• Effective communicator with complex ideas.
• Excellent organizational skills with minimal guidance.
• Knowledge of enterprise software and SaaS industry.
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Anaplan and BI tools is a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
