Overview

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to produce video content initiatives within the Now Productions team, focusing on delivering world-class video production to employees.

In Short

• 7+ years experience as a producer for onsite video production.
• Manage and produce multiple video projects each quarter from start to finish.
• Collaborate with team management on overall strategy and design of content delivery.
• Identify and overcome service gaps with a focus on employee satisfaction.
• Align video content with ServiceNow’s branding and corporate communications.
• Bring excellent communication and organizational skills to a dynamic team environment.
• Develop and oversee project budgeting and manage external vendors.
• Create and maintain documentation for best practices and production solutions.
• Must be able to come into the Santa Clara office a minimum of 2 days per week.
• Some travel required - domestic US based, 10%.
