Producer (Video Production) - Remote

Overview

Superside is expanding its Production team, and we’re looking for an energized, team-focused, and solutions-oriented Producer to help us grow video production on a global scale.

In Short

• Run a range of Specialised Production Services (video, motion, 3D, AR) production projects from brief to delivery.
• Partner with internal Creative Leads, DOPs, editors, and scriptwriters.
• Support the integration of AI-powered tools for production processes.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, licensing, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with the AR & 3D team on interactive content.
• Build and maintain a vetted global supplier network.
• Continuously optimize production processes.
• Work closely with Creative Project Managers, Creative Directors, and customers.
• Keep everyone aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative production.
• Strong experience managing video shoots and post-production.
• Experience with performance marketing teams is a bonus.
• Comfort working in global, remote, and asynchronous environments.
• A strong pulse on AI, AR, and emerging creative tools.
• Proven experience managing external vendors and production budgets.
• A process-minded approach to projects.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones.
