Overview

The Principal Technical Consultant for Field Services Management is a strategic leader responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of ServiceNow’s solutions, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and delivering best-practice-based solutions.

In Short

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for projects.
  • Oversee technical delivery and ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Define and architect technical solutions tailored to clients' needs.
  • Lead technical onboarding and assess existing processes.
  • Perform hands-on development on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Serve as an escalation point for technical issues.
  • Mentor developers and consultants on best practices.
  • Partner with pre-sales teams for complex service engagements.
  • Engage with product teams to provide feedback on FSM features.
  • Participate in go-to-market strategies for new service offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in consulting and implementation of complex technologies.
  • At least 2 years focused on enterprise architecture.
  • Experience with ServiceNow CSM and FSM solutions.
  • Proven track record in designing FSM solutions.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in creating architectural designs and integration strategies.
  • Must hold ServiceNow certifications for CSM and FSM.
