• Strong communication and consultative skills.
• Ability to work with large programs and guide architecture and design.
• Experience integrating AI into business processes.
• Familiarity with data modeling and core data design.
• Proven ability to develop outcome-focused roadmaps.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
