The Principal Inbound PM - Gen AI Platform and AI Agents role is at the forefront of the exciting new AI Space of AI Agents, focusing on creating solutions that provide ServiceNow with a competitive advantage in platform and AI technologies.

• Guide roadmap development and feature prioritization for the AI Agent Platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in Agile environments.
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Proficiency in Agile and ServiceNow development.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience with AI technologies and Large Language Models.
• Ability to translate customer insights into actionable solutions.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and innovation.
• Experience applying design thinking methodologies.
• Comfort working with technical teams and navigating challenges.
