Overview

As a Hardware Standards Engineer, you will be a member of the team responsible for global hardware design, standards, and architecture.

In Short

  • Develop server, storage, and full-rack hardware standards for ServiceNow datacenters.
  • Build and maintain documentation for server, storage, and cloud service provider hardware.
  • Support relationships with suppliers and cloud service providers like AWS and Azure.
  • Ensure continuity of supply by validating alternate hardware solutions.
  • Evaluate new technologies and products with hardware manufacturers.

Requirements

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes.
  • 2+ years of datacenter technician or technical program manager experience.
  • Experience in enterprise server and storage solutions.
  • Basic understanding of AC/DC power calculations.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
