Overview

ServiceNow is seeking Enterprise Architects to join our Team. The Enterprise Architecture Team is part of our pre-sales organization focused on building credibility and trust with the technical leaders in our largest customers by developing cross-functional strategies and solutions.

In Short

• Engage with customer executives to identify pain points and opportunities to deliver value.
• Work with a wide variety of customers to help them understand the power of the Now platform.
• Lead architecture and design engagements for strategic customers.
• Articulate how ServiceNow can enable and deliver value to organizations.
• Work with architecture development methods and integration patterns.
• Interact with multiple levels within a customer account.
• Provide thought leadership and collaborate with internal business units.
• Identify and contribute to the creation of best practices and white papers.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging AI in work processes.
• Passion for building business relationships.
• Drive for results with innovative thinking.
• 10+ years of success in influencing senior technology leaders.
• Expertise in designing and managing advanced architectures.
• Familiarity with Enterprise and Industry Architecture frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of architectural principles for cloud platforms.
• Experience with multiple technical domains.
