Requirements

• Experience in AI integration into work processes.
• Background in State & Local Government or Higher Education.
• 8-10 years in leading pre-sales teams.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple organizational levels.
• Understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• Capability to manage change and thrive in dynamic environments.
• Strong execution skills for both short and long-term objectives.
