Overview

The Advisory Solution Consultant is a technical leader who supports revenue growth at large Life Sciences organizations by providing product and domain-specific solutions during sales cycles.

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team.
• Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and lead product demonstrations.
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers and partners.
• Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements.
• Share and learn best practices with other Solution Consultants.
• Leverage Life Sciences business case expertise to articulate competitive advantages.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings and trade shows.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging AI in work processes.
• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Extensive expertise with the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience working collaboratively with product management and partners.
• Territory management skills, including pipeline building.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
