Overview

As an essential part of our high achieving Veteran Success team, you will engage with all prospects providing a detailed overview of what Telemedica offers. This will include information gathering, explaining the value of medical evidence for VA claims, the types of services offered, the fee structure, and answering questions for the Veteran.

In Short

• Engages with all prospects providing a detailed overview of Telemedica offerings.
• Gathers information regarding each veteran’s specific disability and claims.
• Fields inbound calls and manages through various channels.
• Monitors and updates the prospect in Pipedrive daily.
• Responds promptly to all veteran leads using best practices.
• Provides technical reports of issues through the IT Portal.
• Ensures every appointment is successfully completed.
• Guides the Veteran prospect through the booking process.
• Coordinates with customer service or provider support teams.
• Drives to exceed monthly sales/conversion goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a sales-focused role.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Stellar interpersonal skills.
• Time Management and Conflict Resolution skills.
• High degree of patience and empathy.
• Able to effectively work independently.
• High level of attention to detail.
