Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst at Serve Robotics, you will play a key role in shaping the future of autonomous last-mile delivery by providing insights and reporting to guide decision-making.

• Build and maintain dashboards and models for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a quantitative field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in an analytics role.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting in Python or R.
• Strong data visualization skills using BI tools.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfort leveraging AI/GenAI tools for analytics.
• Knowledge of geospatial analysis techniques is a plus.
