Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for developing and leading the people strategy for their respective business groups. As a strategic advisor to senior leadership, this position identifies people and culture gaps, develops resolution strategies, and executes solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3-5+ years of HRBP experience.
• 1-2 years experience scaling HR functions in a tech startup.
• People first and action-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and develop leaders.
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven leadership influence and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
