Overview

As a DevOps Team Leader at Seraphic, you will drive the design, implementation, and scalability of infrastructure in a cutting-edge cybersecurity environment, leading a team of engineers to enhance browser security.

In Short

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.
Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Optimize CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
Implement container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
Enforce security best practices and ensure compliance.
Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with R&D, Security, CS, and Product teams.
Analyze system performance and implement improvements.
Monitor infrastructure and lead troubleshooting efforts.
Stay updated with the latest DevOps trends and technologies.

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps.
Proven experience with AWS and cloud architecture.
Strong system architecture and networking skills.
Experience with containerization and orchestration.
Proficiency in CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Team player, capable of collaboration across teams.
Background in cybersecurity is a plus.
