DevOps Team Leader - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Lead to spearhead our fast-paced infrastructure and cloud operations. This role is integral to our technology department, where you'll manage complex cloud environments and lead a team of skilled DevOps engineers.

In Short

• 5+ years of DevOps experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven hands-on expertise in AWS and GCP production environments at scale
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code implementation and maintenance
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment optimization
• Experience with monitoring tools and production system observability
• Proficient in log management systems and security best practices
• Track record of successful server migrations
• Deep understanding of mobile application lifecycle
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
• Strong leadership abilities and hands-on approach

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• Independent problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Available for on-call rotations when needed
• Experience with multi-region deployments (nice-to-have)
• Additional cloud platform knowledge (Azure, Digital Ocean) (nice-to-have)
• Certifications in AWS/GCP (nice-to-have)
• Experience with microservices architecture (nice-to-have)
• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001) (nice-to-have)
• Background in SRE practices (nice-to-have)
• Experience with GitOps methodologies (nice-to-have)
