In Short

  • Provide expert support for Fixed Income Trading systems (5+ years’ domain experience)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using SQL/Oracle for data analysis
  • Manage incidents and service requests via JIRA, DevOps, and ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (technical/non-technical) to drive solutions
  • Maintain system stability in fast-paced trading environments

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Fixed Income Trading platforms
  • Strong Asset Management domain knowledge
  • Proficiency in SQL/Oracle for analysis and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, DevOps, and ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) for stakeholder engagement
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
