Staff Software Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Staff Software Architect at SEON, you will lead software engineering projects and shape our technical architecture within a hybrid or remote environment.

• Lead software engineering projects across product development.

• Manage cross-team software projects based on business requirements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of modern web development technologies (Java, JavaScript, Python).
• Experience in measuring and improving distributed system performance.
• Understanding of web services and SaaS applications.
• Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with multiple database technologies (ClickHouse, Neo4J, Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Experience with modern DevOps tools (Terraform, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
