Overview

The IT Specialty Analyst is responsible for day-to-day support and optimization of software applications, analyzing business and clinical needs, and enhancing processes to decrease expenses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Epic experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision.
  • Experience in surgical services or informatics.
  • Ability to influence others through explanation of facts and policies.
