Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with Special Loans in a mortgage environment.
• Knowledge of mortgage servicing practices and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships.
